南投縣交通安全業務獲交通部肯定 道安宣導連續8年分組第一

【記者 蜀女 南投報導】南投縣政府於交通部「114年道路交通安全考評（113年度執行成果）」中再創佳績！縣府團隊在各項道安推動工作表現亮眼，南投縣不僅獲得｢達標獎」獲頒獎金50萬元，同時亦獲得｢高齡者機車交通安全特別獎」，以及｢交通執法」、｢交通安全宣導」、｢綜合管考」等單項成績優秀獎，其中「交通安全宣導」更連續8年獲評分組第1名，展現縣府在提升道路安全上的決心與成效。 　縣長許淑華對道安業務執行相當重視，每年均親自代言宣導9月交通安全月。縣府新聞及行政處長蔡明志表示，南投縣113年度30日內交通事故死亡人數為85人，較112年度的112人減少27人，降幅達24.1%，為全國少見的大幅改善，顯示縣府長期推動道路安全已初顯成效，各項道安業務受中央及評審肯定。 　蔡處長指出，南投縣幅員遼闊、道路型態多元，提升交通安全向來是縣府的施政重點，該處結合警察、工務、教育、計畫及監理等多個機關單位，針對事故熱點加強工程改善，並強化酒駕防制、機車安全、校園交通安全教育與長者交通安全宣導，全面提升用路安全環境。 　蔡處長進一步表示，南投縣已進入超高齡社會，高齡人口比例達22%，如何加強高齡者交通事故防治為該處道安宣導的重點項目。以113來說，該處與縣府警察局、消防局、衛生局、教育處及南投縣監理站等單位分工合作，共計宣導了449場次，場次較112年成長了35%，另並結合廣播車、垃圾車、醫療及長照據點、樂齡中心等，將宣導觸角深入全縣各鄰里。 　交通部此次考評，除肯定南投縣事故防制作為有效遏止傷亡，縣府持續致力於交通安全工作，今年以智慧科技、教育宣導、嚴格執法等三大面向全面提升縣內道路安全，讓南投成為更安全、友善的宜居城市。

「一夜星空 一桌餐食」青葉部落星空饗宴魅力綻放

【記者 劉夢緣 屏東報導】屏東縣三地門鄉青葉社區於9月13日晚上舉辦「星空饗宴」，多年來在屏東縣政府指導下，已成為屏東最具代表性的餐桌品牌之一。活動不僅融合魯凱文化、原民料理與在地農產，更透過星空下的獨特體驗，帶領遊客走入部落生活，體驗文化傳承的力量。 　青葉社區以「魯凱神話藝術村」聞名，棋盤式的整齊街道上四處都是魯凱族藝術家的作品，街道猶如戶外美術館。今年的星空饗宴依循部落傳統迎賓儀式揭開序幕，遊客跨火祈福、手繪石板杯墊、走讀社區，感受部落敬天愛地的精神。隨後由頭目點燃「希望之火」，象徵祝福與傳承，正式展開夜晚的饗宴。 　當晚的餐桌料理以在地食材入菜，呈現「文化與創意並存」的特色佳餚。首先以「月桃籃」端出開胃拼盤：清香時令水果沙拉、香烤酪梨脆餅佐特調醬、小米穀香手作麵包及傳統原民糕點，展現部落在地飲食風味，主食則是結合傳統獵人智慧的小米山肉獵人派，口感濃郁，象徵魯凱族與土地的連結，最後登場的甜點「柴燒煉乳檸檬派」，以在地食材與手作工法，為整場饗宴劃下甜美句點。 　縣府農業處表示，青葉社區「星空饗宴」已成功累積口碑，已成為縣內農村餐桌活動的代表性品牌，吸引眾多遊客前來深度體驗。藉由美食與文化的結合，不僅推廣在地農產，帶動部落經濟，更深化外界對魯凱文化的認識。 　青葉社區將延續「星空饗宴」品牌精神，並持續開發小旅行與文化體驗，讓更多遊客能夠以深度旅遊方式走進青葉，與部落共創美好回憶。雖然本次「星空饗宴」已圓滿落幕，但青葉社區平日亦提供特色遊程體驗，6人以上即可成行，內容包含社區導覽與風味餐點，每人僅需499元即可享受，如需DIY手作體驗則另行計價，詳情請洽青葉社區發展協會（08-7965667）。
