鳥嶼堤防彩繪完成 打造地方新亮點

【記者 劉夢緣 澎湖報導】為活化地方景觀、提升社區整體風貌，澎湖縣政府旅遊處辦理鳥嶼堤防彩繪，於去年9月整體設計定稿後進場施作，近日已完成彩繪工作。透過繽紛色彩與當地特色融合，為原本單調的牆面注入嶄新風貌，成為鳥嶼社區觀光亮點。 　本次鳥嶼彩繪堤防總長度約736公尺，南側堤防設計以簡約構圖與流動線條，結合澎湖常見燕鷗種類為主角，乘船入港即可映入眼簾，形塑港區入口亮點；北側堤防以三太子鬧龍宮故事為主題，透過鮮明色彩與生動活潑的構圖，增添堤防整體豐富度；金山殿周邊圍牆經地方建議，以龍、鳳圖樣搭配祥雲背景，融合傳統意象及現代彩繪風格，展現全新視覺效果。 　旅遊處表示，鳥嶼堤防彩繪不僅可美化港口環境，更期待透過藝術進入社區，為社區注入更多活力與趣味，同時吸引遊客駐足拍照，帶動地方觀光，提升鳥嶼旅遊知名度。

王惠美縣長前往彰德國中慰勉桌球選手 表達支持與鼓勵

【記者 蜀女 彰化報導】彰化體育屢創佳績，彰化縣長王惠美於今（23）日下午前往彰德國中，慰勉在「115年15歲組青少年桌球排名賽」中表現亮眼的桌球選手與教練團隊。王縣長表示，在這次全國高手雲集的激烈角逐中，彰德國中有3名選手從全國260位選手中脫穎而出，成功挺進男子組全國前12名，入選比例為全國第2、非六都第1，亮眼成績再次讓全國看見彰化縣深耕體育的豐碩能量。 　王縣長表示，其中盧識淵同學勇奪全國第3名，並取得2026年亞洲及世界青少年錦標賽代表台灣的國手資格；羅允呈同學獲得第9名，陳柏承同學則列第11名。感謝教練悉心教導，以及孩子不斷的自我要求、刻苦訓練，最終展現優異成果。 　王縣長指出，這份榮耀不僅是選手的個人成就，更是彰化體育「基層三級培訓」扎根銜接的展現。感謝大竹國小黃馭寰校長與陳宗翰教練的付出，陳教練長期跨校同時訓練大竹國小與彰德國中的選手，一貫的精準指導，是孩子能無礙銜接、屢創佳績的重要關鍵。同時感謝彰德國中石興銓校長帶領的教學團隊、顧問團、家長會與體育班後援會的鼎力支持，以及家長的強大後援，才能創造今天的亮眼成就。 　王縣長除頒發獎勵金外，也特別贈送「營養品」慰勞團隊，勉勵大家勤練之餘也要妥善照顧身體，並期許繼續精進，為彰化及台灣爭光。隨後王縣長更親自下場，與在場選手以球會友、交流互動，現場氣氛輕鬆熱絡。 　教育處表示，透過整合資源與完善制度，彰化孩子在縣內同樣能發揮潛能，實踐「彰化人留彰化，彰化人創奇蹟」的目標。未來將持續投入經費與資源，精進訓練環境，引領更多在地優秀的運動人才在各項國家及國際賽事中大放異彩。 　陪同縣長慰勉的貴賓有縣議員暨桌球委員會主委張錦昆、教育處長蔡金田、彰德國中校長石興銓、家長會長吳家煌、體育班後援會長張志源、顧問團副團長宋玅女、大竹國小校長黃馭寰、桌球委員會總幹事蘇巨超、教練、選手家長及地方仕紳等。

250萬片碎石淬鍊藝術經典｜簡源忠《若水 靜謐而流動》台中開展

一場匯集工藝極緻與生命哲思的重量級藝術盛宴於台中登場！鑲嵌藝術大師簡源忠教授以《若水 靜謐而流動》為題，帶來精湛鑲嵌創作展。台中市文化局長陳佳君2月21日出席開幕式，接受簡教授捐贈作品〈祈福－平安吉祥〉，並一同見證歷時5年、以250萬片碎石、彩色玻璃與琉璃打造的巨幅馬賽克代表作〈母親之河—麻園頭溪〉首度公開，為台中這座城市留下深刻動人的藝術印記。 文化局表示，藝術是時間淬鍊的結晶，既記錄創作者生命軌跡，也映照城市文化紋理。簡源忠教授自1970年代起深耕鑲嵌藝術，曾遠赴歐洲研習古典技法，紮實嚴謹的工藝訓練，讓他對材質、結構與節奏具備高度敏銳度，並在傳統技藝基礎上發展出當代視覺語彙。其藝術成就備受肯定，110年獲頒「台中市資深優秀美術家」，並多次擔任大墩美展、大墩工藝師評審，亦是國內公共藝術重要審查委員，長期傳承台灣馬賽克先驅顏水龍精神，為當代鑲嵌藝術關鍵推手。 簡源忠分享，其鑲嵌藝術啟蒙於義大利威尼斯鑲嵌藝術學院，跟隨聖馬可大教堂壁畫師傅學習岩石裁切、嵌塊排列，掌握古典鑲嵌獨有的律動與層次美感。返台任教後，逐步發展出本次展覽三大系列：回歸古典精神的「衷於初心」、結合流行文化的「時尚構成」，以及蘊含生命哲思的「若水 靜謐而流動」。 「若水」系列靈感來自2021年百年大旱，當時盧秀燕市長向大甲鎮瀾宮媽祖祈雨，觸動簡教授以台中溪流為創作主題，透過馬賽克鋪陳土地故事與時間流動，讓細碎素材匯聚成靜謐卻強大的生命力量。 大墩文化中心說明，麻園頭溪是簡源忠每日往返住家與工作室的必經之路，更是他創作靈感來源。這條溪流承載平埔族與拍宰海族先民生活記憶，見證農耕、漁獵與人地共生歷史，被簡教授譽為台中的「母親之河」。 作品自2021年展開構思、草圖與材料蒐集，歷時5年完成。全作使用彩色玻璃、琺瑯、琉璃、鏡片、陶瓷、大理石、石英、金屬、貝殼等多元媒材，光是敲擊裁切就耗時1年多，總計超過250萬次鑲嵌組構，最終完成長達550公分的重量級巨作。畫面裡層次交錯的光影與流動節奏，沉穩又富變化，讓觀者忍不住駐足沈浸。 開幕當天貴賓雲集，教育部次長張廖萬堅、市議員張廖乃綸、林祈烽、前法務部部長施茂林、國立台灣工藝研究發展中心主任陳殿禮、國立台灣師範大學美術系教授楊永源，以及藝術家李明憲、謝棟樑、簡君惠等親臨共賞，共度新春藝文盛事。
